These terms apply to quotes, hire agreements and scaffolding work carried out by Scaffolding Company Oxford. Last updated July 2026.
Quotes are provided following a free site survey and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the access described at survey stage; significant changes on site may affect the final cost.
Scaffold hire periods are agreed at the point of quote. Extensions beyond the agreed period are chargeable at the rate confirmed in your quote or hire agreement.
Scaffolding Company Oxford holds public liability insurance for all scaffolding work undertaken. Proof of cover is available on request.
Scaffolds are inspected and tagged in line with current guidance, typically every 7 days, for the duration of the hire.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and notifying us of any underground services, boundary issues or site hazards ahead of erection.
Cancellations made after a survey but before erection may be subject to a call-out charge. Please contact us as early as possible if your dates change.
